Items are shipped within three weeks in bubble wrap and boxed in peanuts. Items are shipped Fed Ex and the average cost is approximately 8% of retail cost of item. Pieces can be returned if you are not satisfied. They must be in original condition and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Commission pieces or custom orders are non-returnable.
